Through extensive qualitative research we were able to understand critical needs and painpoints for students, teachers and businesses. We worked closely with the organisation to develop its in-house capabilities, and our partnership led to the transformation of its traditional analogue service with a scaleable digital ‘home learning’ platform that is opening many new opportunities for rapid growth with low cost to serve.
