Nokia's high-style and pop-fashion collection aimed at young and trendy Hoxton folk, our brief was to create a suite of vibrant U.I. themes that accentuate the style-conscious credentials of the range.
Our response was to create an energetic graphic language that drew inspiration from the kinetic sixties pop-art of artists such as Bridget Riley - mixed with the anarchic spray-paint Graffiti style of the 1980's.
Handset forms are complimented through the use of irregular stripes, diagonals and the use of strong color contrasts with multifaceted shapes. The result…a bold yet simple aesthetic with modern edgy details.
